valve cover bolt rounded off

Ok so im almost too getting the lower intake manifold off and i get to the back valve cover and the bottom bolt on the drivers side is rounded off i cant get either kind of extractor on there to get it out any one have any ideas?

Any room to spot weld a socket or extension to it?

... only the top two bolts of the valve covers actually screw into the LIM.. so maybe you could get it off without taking the rear valve cover all the way off..? not a great idea, eh? nevermind.

try to get at it with needle-nose vice grips?

there's not really much space back there, i know.
