Im thinking im gonna install a tranny cooler in my 3100 . But never did that job.. and just wondering if there are any tricks....?
also i see the radiator.. now is that an oil cooler in behind the rad.. or a tranny cooler since i know some cars come with a tranny cooler.
Im about to do a big drive into the rockies.. and last time i did the car almost overheated.. it was waaaay up in temp and lost about 60% of power but i just made it to the top and coasted to cool it down.. but i know a tranny cooler is cheap and simple to do.. and a good recomendation to do..
Also my tranny is showing signs of going out soon and this should prolong it ...
So any tips and tricks for that job would be appreciated...
PS i do plan on adding a trailer hitch and might tow a small boat later on...
