hey everyone, i'm new to the GAOC forums, thought i'd post some pics of my car. Just recently finished some work that includes:
- Fixed spoiler, some vandals ripped off top layer
-Installed sprint lowering sprints 1.5 F 1.6 R Drove on them for 10 miles before heading out on a 2000 mile road trip from Bismarck to Boston. Rode good the whole way.
- Filled in square and bottom holes in front facia for custom look.
Also car includes tinted windows, clear taillights, 17 in rims, painted interior, kicker sub and highs.
Let me know what you think!
Also i'm living in the Boston area this summer, hit me up if you know of any GA meets or car shows in the area.
later

:welcome: to the club. personally, I don't like those types of wings much... but I do think that it flows A LOT better with how you mounted it forward on the trunk, I almost like it :) also, filling those holes on the bodykit = A++ I like the rims, too. overall you have a very nice look going on there. do you have any future plans for it?

Not a big fan of the spoiler but looks alright with the kit, and the kit itself is killer with the 4 holes filled!

Lookin good!
What I think:
- Remove wing immediately
- Sell those tails, get chrome TYCs (Ive never recommended chrome, but they would work great on your ride, just like the current ones, the TYCs are just way better lookin)
- Fill in doors (good job filling in the front bumper, looks TONS better)
- Roll the dice, unless cops are REAAAL harsh in your area, tint them fronts baby! If you dont wanna risk it, thats cool, but damn, it would look smooth.
- How could I forget overlays?? Cover them ambers up!!

:agree: ^ yea i agree. kit looks great. personaly i would loose the wing but if you like its all good. if you dont get the TYC's paint the inside of the ones you have to match the car :D paint looks good man

Yea, if you shaved that valley out of the doors, and maybe the handles while you're at it, then it would look that much better. also, have you considered some turn signal overlays?

Gorgeous ride! Im not a critic of other people's cars, its your car and if you like it more power to you! I think the wing flows nicely with the kit. Your in the boat with so many others with the door ditch so don't worry to much about it,there are aftermarket door panels you can get,RKSport I believe has some. Love the car man!

regularly, id flame someone for having a wing that big, but it actually looks good, so Ill let that slide. and you filled in those square *******s in the front bumper, love it love it love. TOo bad you have rear discs though, but atleast they arent as ugly as my rear discs. Love the car. love it

Pretty nice car but am I the only one who notices that the spoiler is way too far forward on the trunk? Doesn't look right at all.
Good job on filling in the holes. I filled it my square holes but left the bottom ones becasue I liked it. Now seeing it what it looks like, I might have mine re-done like that. Looks pretty tight...

Thanks for the feedback guys,
My future plans include a new head unit probally the new
JVC KD -DV 51000 that plays DVD's and i'm thinking of molding a screen into my dash. Has anyone heard anything on this new player by JVC.
to shadesofnight about the tint. I had the sides tinted darker but I got pulled over for them so thats the darkest I can go on the front sides. I want to keep my car legal.
Since all you recommend covering up the ambers with vinyle , is it illegal to have them on. Can u still see light shine though the vinyle when you turn your blinker on? thanks.
and I mounted the spoiler in that spot because it flowed with the car better. I test fitted it on the back of the trunk more it it just kinda look wierd cus so much was hanging off the back. Later fellow GA`ers!

looking good! not a fdan of the whale tail though but i like how u put the farther up on the trunk and not on teh edge f it. it lines up better. and THANK GOD u filled in those holes in teh front...:)

yes, the vinyl over the blinkers is illegal because it covers up the reflector. if you want, you can do something like in the picture below.

i personally do not like the silver around the windows, and i think some bigger wheels would fit much better on the car, oh, and the spoiler is a big no no. but other than that, it is ok. :)

i have to throw my 02 in there
the wing is kinda overwhelming the kit as a whole is not for me but I think it would look better with larger rims ,car looks a lil big for them
other than that fill the doors and great job all over really
your into that so rawk it it does look great

thread resurrection!(sp?) Score! and the spoiler is mounted far forward on the trunklid for a reason, it flows better with the natural lines of the car, and the spoiler doesnt stick 2394803476 yards out from the end of the bumper. I still love it :D

loooks tight man really tight but ME personally think even AED went too far with those wings. big wings on hondas always made them look more of a shopping cart then a car but u pulled it off CONGRATS on the nice ride!
