94SE 2.3L SOHC to 3.1L V6 Engine Swap

I am getting the ECU, and engine, is there anything else I need to worry about and get?

Are the motor mounts in the same place on those motors?
Wiring harness stuff my be a nightmere.

Do a little more checking... it might not swap in, without more work or money than buying a different car.

I'm not sure about the mounts. Where should I go to look it up? I hate to buy the engine, and it not work.

The Quad is a animal of it's own. I would suggest you crawl under your car with the Quad in it now. You will see places where the motor bolts to the frame of the car. The palces the motor bolts to the car are the motor mounts.

I have a real hard time believing a V-6 would have the same motor mounts. What trany do you plan to bolt it up to....Not the quads I hope.

Then you still have wiring issues. The hookups for Oh, like crack sensor may not be the same, place, connection type.

Do some more checking before you buy something you can not put in there for less than it would take to rebiuld the Quad.

It wont have the same mounts, but it should have the same body mounting holes. From what I've seen in my own experiences, the 92 - 98 mounting holes on the body have been the same. :\

And definalty will need the engine wiring harness. The ECU plugs are completely different. Also, you may need the 3.1's transmission, though I'm not totally sure.

I don't know if the A/C hose mounts the same either.
