the car looks good...are those 17s or 18s? i see youve got 235s, do they handel better than the others? im considering 235s now that im down to 20% tread left.

Well I went with 235's by mistake actually. Everything was setup for the 225's but when I got them installed today, I noticed they were 235's. I dont know, I get to try them out for a month and see if I still want them. If not, ill go down to the 225's. THe rims are 17's though. Kinda heavy, but alas, for my price, I cant complain. They weigh in at 28 lbs per rim which is quite a bit more than stock. Guess its just an excuse to spend much more on rims next time and more money on power mods now ;) Stock rims with rubber weigh in at 36-38 lbs but I cant remember how much these are with rims, hmm.. maybe ill just take them off and see tonight.

yea, there to protect the front, but it doesnt matter, b/c you never see the front any ways b/c its covered. And most people dont clean under them anyways so the painted gets messed up anyways, the only reason i can see to use one is if you go o a car show far away, you slap that on drive there then take it off for the show, or to prevent rock chips on long highway drives, but basicly bras should be used for a period at a time, not as a visual mod.

You'll never notice any difference. It's only 3/8" wider. Change them when they wear out if you must. I have 235's on my SE.

I think though going with 235's is a good move. That means more tire on the road. More tread = :thumbup2:

Hehe dont worry guys, if I could remove the bra, I would. Unfortunatly, all the paint is flaked and chipped off becasue it was macco'd by the previous owner. Im not going to spend the extra 400$ just to get it all sanded down and painted again. Its not on my high priority list, put it that way.
