99+ cleared GT tail owners, what signal bulb?

I am going to clear the buttom part of my GT tailights, which is the signal light part. What bulb do you guys use? I heard Jamstraight LED's aren't bright enough during the day and I also heard regular 3156 bulbs are too bright with the red reflectors removed. Any suggestions?

With my cleared tails I have Jamstraights (amber), and they seem fine to me.... Even still now that I have the rockblocker.com smoked tint on there.

You have 3156 Jamstraight? Did you have to modify the bulb? You also have a resistor to prevent the fast flash?

yep... i got everything from autoi.com just because they took paypal... I ordered 4 3157's in red and 4 3156's in amber, plus the 2 3-ohm load equilizers. Didn't have to modify the amber bulbs at all, and the load equalizers take 2 minutes to put in.
