Well, the point of registration is that we have a good idea of how many people will be there in order to plan for food, welcome kits, prizes, etc. Registering the day of the event might make you miss-out on some of this stuff.

... :( sorry man, you are encouraged to try and make it but you have to understand we have to set a deadline and unfortunately it has to be prior to the "day of" ... I hope to see you anyway :)

I understand... Its just that due to issues beyond my control I cant committ until the day of or the day before.

Too bad.. I was really looking forward to going... make sure you guyz take allot of pics... Maybe I can attend next years.
