I just lost a center cap for one of my rims.....guess that means no point in showing the car....is that safe to bet?

This yr there should be a definition for "mild" vs "wild".. last yr I remember some cars were getting voted for both wild n mild..
so liiiiike..
x # of mods?
body kit/custom paint/air
fab engine work
etc etc.. there's gotta be a way to determine the difference, rather than one's "opinion" yanno?

yeah, my car ins't gonna be pretty... I havn't waxed it in about 2 months, but thats ok, I'll wax it there... but between all the clear coat fading (thank you GM) and the paint peeling ont he plastic rocker panels (again, thank you GM) plus the semi-hazy front bumper and grille (chrome) means that from a distance my car looks nice, but up close, it isn't too pretty..... at least in my eyes.... everyone else still says it looks great and stuff, so I'll just have to see :) she is a 12 year old daily driver tho :)

I hope your not serious.
Our GA was hit in a parking lot among other things, we haven't had the time money or patience to bother to repair them and we will be showing ours.
Don't think of this as a 'car show'. The first year we never even told people we had trophies.
The point of the Show N Shine is to show off your pride and joy, get ideas from others and have a good time. If you pick up a award because your peer's thought you deserved it it's just that more exciting.

Body kits, custom paint, or any other major modification are considered 'wild'
Bolts ons like wheels, tail lights are 'mild'
Don't worry, if you get a vote they will be tallied together and we will worry about what class it falls into. Either way you won't loose votes because two different people placed you in different classes.
