Can anyone help me out here and give me some type of step by step process of how I can paint my interior.
Thanks

^ yea, those are pretty good instructions...
I didn't see him mention the types of paint, but most people use either krylon fusion or duplicolor.

Any other coats ill have to put on, such as a primer coat or anything and will i have to apply a gloss coat over the paint?
Any sanding have to be done?

I used Krylon Fusion, which is supposed to bond directly to plastic (no primer needed). Sanding is really up to you, some people do some don't, I didn't and its held up great for 3/4 of a year so far. that link above suggests two clear coats, which is about what I put on mine. more clear coats = more glossy look.

When to paint?: You should paint when there is no Humidity or very little. Make sure the sun is also out. You do not want it to be cold out side while painting for the paint will not stick well and the results will be ugly. TRUST ME.
What Kind of Paint to Use: Dupli-Color, Krylon, or Rustoleum.
Where to Obtain Paint: Walmart, K-Mart, Auto Store (Autozone, Kragens etc)
Primer?: You can paint it w/o, some prefer it some don't. It's just primer helps it stick better, but is a little rough once applied and turns out feeling rough after paint has been applied. If you can find a way to smooth it out (sanding?) then be my guest. =)

I didn't sand. I used a green scotch brite (new) and dish soap to remove all dirt and grease. The scotch brite also roughs the surface up for painting.

that's a link to interior paint questions from the past lol...
Still true to my post in that thread, 2 years now, and still everything looks like I did it yesterday, once I can find my digital camera, I'll post a couple pics on here. Vinyl paint matched or your choice is the route to go, I've seen many paints out there that are just bought from the local wal-mart or other similar places turn out like crap. Patience is the key to doing it. I prefer places that can make and can the paint themselves, because it's always right on, and never any variation.
