As you can tell by the subject my car is making a strange squeaky/rattlel noise when i turn going slow.But only when its
wet or just recently rained.....but if it doesnt rain for a day or 2 the noise disappears. Anyone have an idea what it might be?

Well, obviously you should either:
* Turn the stereo louder, or,
* Only drive straight and fast in the rain. :D :D
Your squeek/rattle *prolly* sounds like it's coming from the front, under the hood or from the wheel well.
If so, it's *prolly* broken strut bearing plates.
They are at the tops of the front spring/strut units (the shock-absorber-type things).
They break into 2 or 3 pieces and just sit there. They usually make noise all the time (during low-speed turns, like turning into a driveway), but yours may not be bad enough for that, yet.
Yours may not move enough to make noise unless there's some water acting as a lubricant between the plate pieces and the spring/strut tower.
Solutions:
* Install new plates.
Requires removal of each spring/strut unit.
About 4 hour DIY job, but you must have a spring compressor (usually a no-cost loaner from the auto parts store).
* Or, leave it as-is. Broken bearing plates will never get to a point of danger, and the condition has absolutely no affect on handling or braking. It's just noisy and bothersome.
Get back to us if that is NOT the apparent location where the noise originates.
Good luck.
