New to Site, Any Suggestions, Guys!!

Hey Everyone,


Newbie here, and glad to be part of the site.
I just picked up a Stock Black '97 Grand Am SE, 2.4L Twin Cam, Auto. Everythings in great condition.

I'd love to hear everyones suggestions on how to proceed with my car.

I was thinking!! Since the whole car is jet black.

1. Headlights (Replace main middle w/ Sylvainya White and orange ends)
2. Bottom driving lights. (Replace unit or bulb)
3. Rear Taillight black. (Open to suggestions on either film or spray)
4. black plate covers
5. Tires/Rims (Eventually, lol)
6. Remove the silver trim around doors and bumpers.


I am open to everyones suggestions......on other things or what products to use for headlight bulb rep. or taillight film.

they've got a new film for tail lights... its in this part of the forum somewhere... i think the title is about a new product... lol as for bulbs... i'm not sure what bulb # that model GA is... but i've never heard of sylvania white and orange ends? *shrugs* Welcome to the boards btw :)

*shakes head* I'm not gonna say anything. :) But yeah. the thread name is "Smoked film for your tails" I'm thinking of getting myself some of that. It looks great. Just ask the guys where its made to make some for your tails. i'm sure they would. You could also make your own angel eyes if you wanted to. its pretty easy. in the appearance modifications forum thing, check the post "New Mod Done".. i explained enough for someone to make their own. its pretty simple. :) Good luck with the modding

I have some of that film for my tails sittin right in front of me... It's super thick and looks promising.. I'm gunna let my tint guy install tho.. Chad (the guy sellin the stuff) is super cool.. Got my film in 3 days and he even gave me a piece to do my 3rd brake light with too! HellOooOooo total darkness! :drool:

I have Sylvania Silverstars, and really like them.
And... tinted windows always looks good.
