93 Grand Am turn signals and horn do not work

The horn fuse blew and I replaced 2 more times. It keeps blowing, along with the turn signals not working now. The turn signal fuse is good. The hazard lights flash. It has no airbags. somebody was saying something about a switch in the steering column???

What is wrong and is it easy enough for me to do myself?

I am gonna guess that there is a short in the horn/turn signal harness or plug. Try pulling the column covers and see if you can see it. Might even be that the plug came loose and is shorting on the TS wiring. good luck.
