need help with finding the xm code on my gt stereo

hi all
this is driving me nuts have a 2005 ga gt with the monsoon satilite ready mp3 deck. I want to activate my satilite radio but need to give them the Id code but dont know how to look it up?
the manual doesnt say how to do this only how to preset the satilite stations and what number to call to activate it.
Any info on this would be a great help

Change your band....AM, FM1, FM2, XM1, XM2. Go to either XM channel, and before preview, you have the XM passcode. It will flash every 3 seconds or so. Hope that helps.....You will have some preview channels (about 6 or so as well).

Go to channel 0 and that should give you the ID you're looking for.
