Tomorrow I am going to install a sub and amp into my 2003 GAGT. I will be stealing my signals from the Monsoon amp and going into my other amp. I was wondering if I should take pictures of the whole thing and set up some sort of step by step thread in case people want to know how to do it later on.. I cant wait to hear a good thump again.. its been so long.. LATER

I'll be a senior next year.. I was actually thinking of doing something with the indiana people and close by illinois people somewhere at or near purdue.. maybe a get together to see the rides and have a cookout.. As for as starting a club at purdue.. I know i've seen a few GA's but i dont know if there would be a real interest in a GA club. They do have the PAPA Purdue Automotive Performance Association, but thats almost all imports now.

If anybody cares, I got the install done everything went very smoothly, even tapping into the monsoon amp inputs and using a line level converter.. I didnt take pics because nobody seemed interested.. oh well. if anyone wants to know it was really easy.. And i think I'm gonna make my SCT hood a functional RAM AIR hood, at least the left side of it.. looks relatively easy to do.

actually im interested in how you tapped into the monsoon amp. I wanted to add a sub and amps and a JVC headunit, but no power to the speakers when we tried installing the headunit. I think we have to tap into the monsoon amp's dark green wire. How much and where did u get a line level converter?

I didnt add a head unit so i'm not really sure on that. I just tapped into E4 - E7 on the amp. The wiring diagram is a sticky on this forum section. The line level converter cost me about 18 and i got it at a local car audio place. If you do a google search you will find a lot of them.. and Walmart actually has one.. The one at walmart has more inputs and outputs than i needed, but it still would have worked.
