? about single bed rooms

This is a question for anyone who got a single King bed room at this hotel before...

How much floor space is there around the bed?

What I'm getting at... I have a queen air bed (the folding frame + air matress deal) I hear last minute now that there's no way in hell it will fit in a king bed room.

If that's the case, I want to leave it at home rather than lug that around all weekend... and then I have another question... how many can sleep on the floor of a King bed room? Looks like our room is gonna be rather "cozy"

I'm on the fence w/ this one... I wouldn't mind saving a few bucks, but I also think I hit that point where I think I'm too old for 4 nights of floor and should just get my own room.

When I get there to check in I will see if there is a double bed available.

The clearence on the sides of the beds is 3 feet on two sides and about 4 feet on the other side. If you moved everything in the room you *might* small chance* get a mattress on the floor. You could probably only get two people to sleep on a floor. These rooms are small and what space there is left is occupied by furniture.

I found a solution... I picked up one of those Foam/Self-inflating "air mats". I wanted one for camping anyway. The massive Queen air bed is staying at home, unless I hear from Pucci that we somehow got a massive room.

Hmm, room for only 2 on the floor? That'll be interesting with like 6 people in this room. All I know is... Dibs... I call a 6' x 2' section of floor. :D

I'm sleeping at the foot of the bed (on the floor) in Kelly's room tonight. Not much room around the bed. Man there's a lot of furniture in these rooms. :(
