Blown 6x9, advice for new speakers.

Recently I installed and Alpine V-Power series amp, the one that is 40 x 4. A little later, I blew one of my 6x9, an Alpine type-s.

I'm trying to decide between each of these speakers:
Kicker KS693 6x9

Go with the Type-R's... I will always stick by Alpine, always. I'm not a fan of Kicker at all... I've never had a good experience with them, and neither have most of my friends who've had something by them. I know there are people on here that will vouch for Kicker, but I personally don't like their stuff at all...

Alright, I think I'll go with the alpines. All my speakers are alpine right now and I was leaning towards the type-R's anyways, just wanted a second opinion.

Though I dunno, those speakers are hot wokeupscreamin, I might just have to get those lol ;)
