Ok, for those of you with pin-striped cars or who work in detailing... How wide are the pin stripes usually on a car? I've noticed that they are usually one thicker stripe on top, and a thinner one on the bottom that run parallel except where they meet at the front and back. Thanks!

The ones I have seen have a 1/4" on the bottom and a 1/8" on top.

My GA has two 1/8" stripes that meet at the front. I also have a Pontiac logo at the door handle.

tenspped is correct, most are about a 1/8th inch for a single, or double 1/8" stripes, and sometimes a even one 1/8 and one 1/4.

Just the Grafxwerks Metallic Silver vinyl that goes around all the black molding on the car. I tried doing it myself and I gave up first the piece I cut was too long then I tried cutting a angle in it then it was too short it just looked like shit. So I'm going to the professional. I suck at vinyl I guess:( I will be posting pics up on Tuesday I know it will look really sexy with the sc/t kit:D

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........

You saw that post at gagt.com, didn't you? I thought that silver overlay looked bada** on the silver car, and I'm considering doing it too (well, putting it on the list of things to do). But if I were you, I'd get some vinyl off ebay or from a sign shop instead of grafxwerks, it costs a lot less.
