It would be a good idea to post what you have told him.

But what I think would be nice would be

A sort of lip kit for both SE and GT models
(example: SCT kit on www.pfyc.com for the GT models)
Because many like their look of their car and want to just add something different.

HID lights, or nice taillights.. (similiar to AED).

A lot more engine mods. Maybe a way more affordable intake system for the 3.4L engines. most are 150+ :(

Yes, I would be very grateful if the SC/T kit was made for the SE's... So I don't have to swap out for GT Front + Rear bumpers to put the kit on... The front lip should be fairly easy to fabricate for the SE bumpers, not too sure about the rear's.

You know what will sell CF RAM AIR HOOD. there is no carbon fiber ram air hood. i know of TONS of members that would jump on this..

like the SD style ram air hood in CF or the GM ram air hood off the SCT grand am in CF.
If you guys would make those.. I would buy one ASAP. But of course.. dont put a huge price tag.

Us 96098 guys also need decent hoods... the only ones I know of are the OEM style CF and the stock hood.

Us 92-95 need some cool stuff too. Too much 99+ not enough 98- parts.

I was just talking to my friend. He also has a grand am. Well you have a buyer for 2 hoods and 2 trunk lids (but would not want them w/ shaved. I like the key funtion).

even though those design look cool, you will sell A LOT more if you go w/ the SD or SCT style. What you should do is..
Start a new thread w/ a poll. use those pics and the SD and SCT pics and see which style would everyone want in CF.

Also 99-05 use the same hood.
for earlier years.

It would be nice if he could make estimates on how much these things would probably cost... I know a lot of people will want them, but will they be able to afford them?

actually that is a real good question Dave. The more affordable you guys make the hoods the more they will sell.

example.. AED (the makers of my kit) sell their fiberglass hood for 1000 (not many orders)

The SD hood sells for 600 or so.. a little more orders

A CF hood at around 400 will sell really nicely

see that the only thing there is no way to estimate how much he can sell a hood till he gets a design ince that happens he can get his delelopment team on it to make it then they will tally the cost from the mold materials and everything else and he can get the hood price but i deffenetlly trying to get the cheapest price possible for you guys and myself <lol> cause im not a fan of my stock one
