car clubs around Detroit

are there any car clubs anyone here is in that i can join, preferably in the metro detroit area. does being part of this site count as a car club for reduced rates at sotres like andysautosport.com?

here are links to a couple of regional forums... I don't usually post in either, but I'll sometimes go and look at what people are up to. it sounds like you want to be in a club just so you can get a discount on a bodykit, many people will find that annoying and like you are trying to use them... and I've never heard of having reduced rates for car clubs unless its a group-buy or they are running a special.

no thats not the only reason at all. i dont know how to do a lot of shit i need/want done. i figure people that are in clubs will know how. Andysautosport.com will give us GAOC members 20% off everything.

I think you're better off sticking around here if you want to learn stuff about your GA. Greater Detroit Concepts doesn't really have a lot of posting going on, and Toledo Tuners doesn't have many members with GA's. People here will be able to answer questions much easier because we all own the same type of car. If you are looking into other things such as hanging out and car shows then you may want to check the other forums.

naw my car isnt good enough for car shows yet. Cant wait to come to a meet with people form this forum though.
