Actually, these templates weren't produced by Microsoft but by the Office "community".

Speaking as a CSI professional , the warranty, repair, and new vehicle complanits would be tossed out the window so fast, they'd never see the light of day at GM/

That's terrible business, and hearing things like that make me not want to buy GM if that's what they call customer care :(.

sorry to say but thats how just about all car makers are. They have focus groups and their own people that tell them whats wrong with their cars, they dont need nor do they want us to be telling them. think about it, theres a lot of very picky people out there who would bombard them with useless crap, probably more like them not knowing how to use something, but still complaining about it.

Case in point...a customer has been calling Nissan repeatedly that her Murano center console keeps getting scratched, and she has no idea why. We keep replacing it about every month. Did I mention she has talon like fingernails and rings on every finger? I really REALLY wish I could make that up.

How about the Sentra owner we have dubbed "Fast and Furious". He assumes his 2005 1.8 Sentra is a racecar, and wonders why he's in for a second time for complete M/T failure...the first one we have seen from the 2002-2005 Sentra 1.8L.

Also the 2005 Xterra owner who is livid that his seat fabric is wearing thin and pilling...in the place where his huge ass wallet rests.

And with all these example we warranty them because were afraid to get a bad CSI.

And isnt it ironic that Microsoft has complaint templates?
