9 people on here.. thousands and thousands of members... enough said.

Go to the map, and add your location to the apropriate Canada or US map. There are several maps listed, but you can only add your info to ONE of them.

44 views and 17 people on the map.... I dont get it.. Is it confusing? are some of you having trouble with the map? The point of this map is to bring local members together. I got this Idea when I was trying to throw a meet but didn't know who all lived in my area. I would like to thank Shawn for making this But why isn't there a link to it anywhere other than my last thread on this topic?

now that I know about it, I'm going to go add myself.

maybe ask Kelly or Shawn to make it a sticky somewhere to get more attention? they still have the "July is Getting Closer" on the front page and need something to change it to :D

Doesn't work... I cannot get the "Submit..." button to be not greyed out.

Hey Matt!

It's a little confusing. (I didn't write it myself lol) Anyways, first step is to select the appropriate map. Then hit the 'Load User Information' button. Find your location on the map. After that, click the radial button at the bottom for 'Place', and click your location on the map. Once that's done, the 'Submit my info' button should activate. Click it, and you're done. Clink!

Think I got it... for some reason the radio button for "Place" was having no effect when I tried it the first time.

Hey Shawn, when I did it last night, it didn't put me in the right part of the state, I'm a lot farther south. Is it just representative or is there a way to fix that?

it put me dead center of az, which is more or less close to where i am. this is pretty cool, how long has that map been there? :lol:

That's weird because it put me exactly where I clicked... Are you sure you clicked the right place?

Yeah, I clicked the dayton area, farther south, but my little flag thingy is up around Findlay.

when ever I go to the map, All I get is the quicktime logo. What is it that I don't have set proporily? What plug-in do I need?

I did it but it has my City out in the middle of Long Island. I dont really live close to Long Island(about 45 min away) let alone on the dam island.
