I'm new here, about to pick up a 96 GA GT 3.1. A friend of mine is giving it to me, he doesnt want to put any money into it to fix a few minor problems, my gain. Anyway, this is what it needs.
Shocks/struts all the way around
front rotors, pads
heater core
passenger side window works intermitently
new tires
I'm assuming the GT requires different suspension components than the other models. What do you guys recommend, price is a factor.
Are the rotors the same for the 4 and 6 cyl?
Heater core is bad, but I have to pick the car up and drive it home, I'll most likely bypass it. Any BTDT on this? What size pipe should I get, I read the two hoses are different sizes but not what size.
The window, which I am assuming is the regulator. price and source?
I'm looking for a good/cheap parts source for this car. Thanks for your help.
