99+ brake/caliper upgrade

I know this might have been visited in another thread, but does anyone know/have done a front brake upgrade for their ga? and I don't mean those silly big brake upgrades, but a simple AEM upgrade, specifically the calipers.

I have figured out that the "creaking" sound coming from the brakes are seized caliper pistons. Has GM come out with an upgrade or had anyone found a good brand of caliper, at least 2 piston, that won't cost me an arm and a leg??

The creaking of the calipers is from dry slider bolts. If the pistons were seized, you would be using up pads and pulling to one side.

sorry, the piston aren't seized but yes ,the calipers are sticking due to dry bolts. any suggestions for upgrades?

first of all , i liked your post when you state you have figured out your problem,hey ! at least that tells us you have being thinking not just asking for a fix, i d stick with my statement and no need to apologize your caliper pistons might very well be sicking to the point of causing the creaking sound as they are not any longer within specs ,1 commend you ! , hopefully , someone will help you with the upgrade we all need :cool:
