I'm in Kenosha. I have thought the same thing. I do most all the work on the GA but as you said sometimes two heads are better. If some others post up you will get an idea of who might like to join a club. I think to start, a small meet might be in order. There has been one meet locally that I know of (I did not make that one). I could meet up just about any weekend if we could get a group together. Thanks for posting, maybe this could work.

Hi friends.. I am way out here n Massachusetts myself.. I just wanted to mention that I love the hood on your car.. I have to get myself one of those some day.
I have a 2000 GT1, and mine is the same Pontiac Arctic White color as yours.
Take care Scott and Craig... stay cool; heat wave conditions here in New England.

I am interested but i just started a new job and i have my new born son to look after so its hard for me to even get out much at all. Also on top of all this my fiance and i are looking for a new home in midst of my new job which starts at 4:30 am and i get done at 3 pm so yeah its really harsh for me at this point in time .
I just hope that you guys understand and that I really want to go to meet really really bad and also be in a car club etc etc

GLD sounds like a fantastic idea. I like you already Trish. I think my weekends are free august and sept. How's date look for everyone? 02ramairgt1, since you brought this up got a date in mind? but I know nothing about getting the track reserved (or if it's just show up and run.) I will ask my neighbor, he's got a 11 sec Rambler, really nice. I'll post back when I find out. I think this could happen.

:D I don't think we could reserve the track.. But we can always go up there and dominate :D There's going to be a neon meet on the 4th of Sept.. Maybe they'd like to come up there afterwards.. Get a whole buncha people up there :)

I just taked to the neighbor, he doesn't have an 11 sec Rambler anymore, it's broke. The valves are toast and the block is cracked (see what happens when you drag race. lol) Anyway he said Tues, Thurs, and Sat are your best bet but the other days will just be crowded. Then he asked me if I was taken the Goat. I am pretty sure he wants to see what it will do but I told him prolly the GA first. I think Sept 4th would work for me. Should definately find a place to hang and chat. But the 4th is a Sunday and I vote for a Saturday. My .02.

There's not a whole lot right around GLD for hangin n chattin.. Since it's out in boofoo... I'm not all too fimilar with what's up that far north.. But I can ask around see if there's a park or somethin near there for hangin abilities :)
