I was crusing around some car makers websites earlier, one of them being toyota, and noticed that the celica has been dropped from the lineup.
Now, this isn't really a blow to me, but one of my friends has a celica and i've always found them to be nice looking cars, specifically a good sportier car for chicks.

Try driving one first to see if its really a "chicks" car
You'll probably want to get rid of your current car afterwards.

Pretty sure Toyota dropped the Celica and picked up the Scion tc in it's place.

I've been in one multiple times, it's got the same power as the ga :P
Plus i'm talking more styling. and to back me up.. every time i see one on the road, it's a chick driving it, every person i've talked to about it, agrees it's a chick car, and I don't know if you've been in one.. but for a medium size guy (like myself) it's not the best fit, if ya know what i mean, so it's a more comfortable car for a smaller person, and chicks are generally smaller.

Who cares about power? It has perfect balance between power and handling, whereas a N body just go pfffft in the corners. Who cares about looks? Really, think of how many cars have copied the front end of the Celica, in suble or obvious ways, in the past 6 years. In 1999 it was revolutionary, and still is.
Heh, and you must turn a blind eye to the fact that the majority of Grand Am owners are women, because thats what I see. Same with Sunfires...maybe its just that im comfortable with myself, and really dont care what people think of me.
Im 5'7" 130 pounds, the average size of a Japanese male and I feel pretty comfortable in one, even my friend whos 6' 6" 280 pounds fits snug in the drivers seat...isnt that how it should be in a performance car? I guess you like the flat, wide seats of a Grand Am; the same seats the aforementioned friend even slides around in.

Yes, I do like the big roomy space in the grand am, thats one of the great things about the car, it has power, looks good, and still is very roomy. :P
and who cares about sunfires? I see those more as women cares as well. Plus I don't know about the majority of them being women for grand am's, the GA has such a mix of owners I don't think you could begin to say one is a majority. (old to young, male to female)
and I'm very comfortable with myself, but the celica is just a car I see as a chick car, and not really something I'd like to drive myself. Besides, I never said I didn't LIKE the celica, I think it's a fine car, not a car for me tho, it's my choice in Underground 2 tho.
Actually, my friend with the celica sits in the GA, and is amazed every time with how comfy she is compared to when shes in the Celica.
Don't take it so personal just because I think its a chick car. :P
Edit: Oh, and I see you have a sunfire, don't think my comment was to try to insult you or anything, I just ment the sunfire had nothing to do with the discussion. oh.. and my 6'8'' friend does not sit in the celica comfortable.

I'm 6'2" and I find the celica to be extremely uncomfortable. It's one thing to be snug, but those would be hard to drive for me.

I know, shit the GA doesnt like the corners as well as some cars I have test driven, and the seats cant hold anyone/anything in place... jeez..
And i dont care much about chick/guy car labeling, either.
The cars I would most like to own right now besides my GA:
Celica(the ones which are now discontinued)
200sx(again, SE-R)
Sentra(02 SE-R VSpec, durr)
Sunfire(98 GT)
Eclipse GTS(99+)
Hyundai Tiburon (again, the newer ones)
