Just made a discovery

I decided my exhaust tips needed cleaning since they were pretty ugly....I bought some Mothers Mag and aluminum polish and started on one of the tips....and I discovered I have the chrome tip option. Go figure. (unless they all do....I would have guessed they just had your average steel tips)

That stuff works really well. I used that on mine, I guess I have that same option.

All 1999+ GTs have polished tips from the factory. Problem is unless you keep them well maintained they don't look like they're polished for long.

No Problemo!

The only exception is the Anniversary models that came with the Borla tips on the stock muffler, which are polished stainless steel. :)
