Well, that's the last time I ever take my car to the dealership, even if I think I can fix it under warranty.

The day before school restarts for me, the regulator in the driver's windows breaks, and the passenger window's motor blows. Well, I thought I could convince the dealership to keep me under warranty even though I was about 1000 miles past it. Stupidity, maybe. So they claim they can't fix it under warranty, but I need my car for school the next morning, so I leave it with them anyways, and also ask them to go ahead and replace a cracked and fogged up headlight. They say it will be ready that evening, so I can use it for school. That night, I get fed up waiting for them to call, and call them. They say theyve fixed the windows, but the epoxy on my headlights needs to dry overnight. The car will be ready by 10 in the morning. Great.

Well, with great difficulty, I manage to get a ride to school, and get a bud at work to bring my car to me at school, since I have to shuttle between campuses. It's 12 before he gets there. He says that they made him sit around for forever, while they did something else. When I get the car, I realize they didn't even replace the headlight! They gave me some BS excuse for not getting my car when they said they would. Oh well.

don't go there anyone more. I work at a Pontiac dealership and I GARUNTEE we would have possibly got it for you under warranty and would have had your car done before the next morning(depending on when you brought it in) Just don't get the mind set EVERY dealership is like that

Yea, our local GM dealership SUCKS! Big time...

However the saturn dealership rocks... if you say you want a box of raisins next time you bring your car in damnit they'll get it for you. I used to work there and we always did stupid stuff like that to keep the customers coming back.
