I have a 99 SE and i have to take out the old radio to put in a new one. I can't seem to get off the bevel, trim around the radio and heat control's. Can anybody help?

1. search...it's been discussed before :)
2. try a little flat head screwdriver around the outside between the plastic and vinyl. Gently push it under the trim in the upper corner, and pull outward, then work your way around it with your fingers. It's pretty easy once you get it started. You'll have to disconnect the ETS (if equiped) and flasher button wires, and the cigarette lighter wires too. Good luck :)

also the bezel around the key has to be poped out. mine came out with the radio bezel.

Honestly, I just grabbed it under the blower knobs and pulled it out. Works great everytime :thumbup2:
