Just like 01dickieGT , i also think its about time for a new car, mine wouldnt start today either....tried a lot of different things, just had too many problems within the past 4 years with the car

im gettin a new battery tomorrow second day in a row it wouldnt start, maybe that will help, i dont think it can keep a charge over night

Yea, i went thru the new batery before the alternator deal. Eventually all my guages shut off while i was driving, how fun...

thanks for the tip, im having the guys at the shop load test the battery and make sure its that, i know it is, but ya ill let everyone know.

Well here is an update, i got a new battery put in, the next morning i went to start it up and the same thing happened...so maybe its the alternator....im gonna bring it to pep boys or advanecd tonight and see if its putting out the right amout of power....this whole ordeal is really starting to make me mad.....

well it started fine this morning....the original alternator is still on, im going to have it tested and if its not that then im fu*ked because i have no idea what else it would be

bad wiring possibly? I dont even know if faulty wires will do that? You have a rough idle? Coil packs? something? lol

My 2000 GASE1 with the 3400 has 128,000 miles. Original alternator to my knowledge.
I guess they cranked out unkillable ones (like mine) and some problem childs like yours. Either way I love my GA.

havent gotten around to test it yet but will in my shop class wednesday, ill let everyone know how that goes!
