New 3100 EGR

Is the 3100 upper intake manifold the EXACT same as the 3400 (not including lettering of course) so therefore the EGR would be the same or is it set up like the older 3100s?

... I can't answer your question exactly, but I do know that a 99 EGR is different than a 00 EGR :(

The newer ones are definitely different from the older ones (like our 95s). They mount differently; one from the side; the other from the top.

Well, Alex will be sending me those heads and LIM sometime this week, but I still have to order a UIM and 60-62mm TB from APOC or RSM, not to mention the S&S headers (whenever those come out!), so I really don't know when I'll get started on that... Are you going to use your existing EGR? Let me know how the adapter thing goes. Send me some pics if you can. ;)

yeah Im gonna use the 3100 EGR, either ikessky from 60*V6 and N-body might make me an adapter but probably CDR Speed (Dave) since he is the one doing the swap and he said he can fix something up for it. Dont worry about the pics, I will for sure post them but the thing is it wont take place til June. College + no job + parts = broke :lol:
