What are the differences between that tranny and ours?

There going to be a better FDR with it aswell?

there are some 4t45HD's available that will withstand most of your power levels....i've had a rossler built 4t45 that has been put to the test of my 267whp, 271wtq with slicks, multiple 1/4 passes/ dynos etc...no failures or short comings here and its reasonable priced. this is by no means to sway you who want to do a 65 swap but its not the only answer...imo.

How much for the 45HD that you had built?

I'm guessing for the 65 swap would be fairly cheap. I can get a 65HD from the yard for very little.

so i can go to the junk yard n get a 4t65hd, what else would it need to be installed or is it a direct match

I haven't researched the install of a 65 enough to be able to answer that question accurately.

I know that the PCM would need to be reprogrammed for the new tranny and modifications would need to be done to get it to fit where the 45 sits (this is why I'm waiting for the conversion kit).

Maybe someone here can answer that better?

Approx $1700 USD for a Rossler Built 4T45HD
