Any thoughts of painting the lettering? Tido;I had considered one of those once & found one on Ebay. If I remeber correctly it wasn't that expensive.

... new, they are about $70 CDN IIRC :( ... but yes, I have thought about coloring the lettering but not sure how'd I could about that being the texture is so apparent :)

hey Kelly do you even drive the GA!? That engine bay looks absolutely clean!

Just lightly sand it down. make sure you don't press into too hard so you'll just skim over the top of it & smooth out the lettering. Then be real carefull painting it with a foam housepainters' wedge.
I think it's look even sweeter with the lettering red to match your car.:)

... dyam, never thought of a foam brush ... that would work better than a brush on the edges and handle the texture too ... I am tempted now :)

painting those letters isnt as easy as it seems, i tried doing it to the first cover i had, and it didnt work out that well. I had both of my covers done at ultragraphics.com they came out beautiful. here are the 2 that I have. the black one is in my car, and the chrome is downstairs with my other parts...
