installing cold air intake

I have a 2000 Grandam Se 2.4L 4 cylender. I have been told that adding cold air intake is an easy and cheaper way to increase the horsepower.

I have looked at some online but I can only find them for the V6. I was wondering if this would fit on mine?

Any tips on installing it??
