Dr. Kyle found this for me. It says it fits 99 and 00, but I am sure it will fit an 02? Is that a slot for O2 sensor I am seeing? This won't be more restrictive than stock right?

The downpipe/cat appears to have an O2 bung for the sensor. As far as restriction, we have to know the pipe diameter. ;)

wow, thats a great deal, 120$

I may have gone that route when I broke my flexpipe, instead of buying headers. oh well.

They do, but they only have universal ones, not bolt-up's.

My guess is that it's going to be the same. Seeing as how in the drawing, the pipe doesn't pinch in around the flange, like the SLP does. Still, good find!

That O2 sensor should be the same. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe only the pre-cat O2 was different between the 99-00 & the 01+ models. If you could verify that the part numbers for the post-cat sensor are the same, the pipe should work without any fitment issues.

I got my carsound HF cat off e-bay for $35 brand new. 2.5" in/out no o2 bung and no air tube.

Pinch in?
Can you explain more for me?

Take a look at the SLP exhaust where it connects to the stock. The flange they use matches the stock one, but because the pipie on the SLP is larger than the stock pipe , the pipe is pinched at the flange. Because this is a stock cat/pipe replacement, it would have to do that same thing at the flange if it was larger diameter as well. No big deal, I just think the only way you'll notice a performance gain out of it is if it has less bends than stock, and is less restrictive.

It doesn't matter really, you won't see a TON if any gains (you'd need to look into headers if you want more performance from your exhaust)...but at least you won't have that stupid stock cat buzzing around underneath you. If you do see performance gains, please let me know!
