posted a couple threads about premature timing chain failure. tore the head completely apart this weekend, found that the valves leave alot to be desired, very narrow not mush to them, also timing chain must have stretched well before it broke. the guides for every valve was egg shaped causing the valves to not seat properly on the exhaust side, heavy, heavy carbon build up. so i would warn everyone to replace the timing components before this happens to you. because GM is going to tell you to shove-it! you know where. i knew i should have bought another honda instead of this car.
