Leather or cloth? Use the Turtle Wax brand (green with yellow cap and comb feature) Scrub that in and dry it up. If leather than just buy the 2 step cleaner/conditioner.

Do you have a steam cleaner? If you do, then use a cleaner and a scrub brush, then suck up the dirty suds. If you do this several times, it will get clean. If you don't have the steamer, blot it well with a clean towel after scrubbing. It won't work as well, and you'll probably have to repeat the process more often. The best product I've found for removing dirt from fabric seats as well as carpet is Fantastik - not the lemon one or the one with bleach - the one in the white and green bottle.

If it is cloth see my post for carpets regarding using shaving cream. It works!
