How's My Order?

1. Meguiar's Step 1 Cleaner
2. Meguiar's Scratch X
3. Meguiar's Step 2 Polish
4. Meguiar's Gold Class Car Wax
5. Meguiar's Step 3 Carnuba Wax (smells like banana)

Is this a good order? What should I change?

sounds good to me but i'm just wondering why you use gold class then the carnuba. why not just use the gold class?

The carnauba wax lasts WAY longer than the gold class, over twice as long... at least for me it does. It is a MUCH harder wax, so that is great to finish off a multi-step treatment. However, with all your steps before, it isn't necessary to do the gold class. It won't hurt, but I don't think it will make a noticable difference. Esp if you are polishing it. I could be wrong, maybe try a test spot first and see. would just save you a step.
