When I start the car now and start to go anywhere, when i turn the wheel left, the trackion control light comes on and i can fell the car using the trackion control, but it is not losing any trackion. Also the car abs lights and trac off lights come on and will not go off until i turn the car off and back on. What is making all of this happen, I think it is starting with the trackion control sensor, but I dont have a clue where to start, can someone please help me out.

The trackion control also comes on when i turn right, but not as usual as when I turn left.

This is on a 99 GAGT.

Check your wheel bearings also make sure the speed sensors are plugged in all the way and check the connectors for corosion.

My car does the same thing but not only when turning. I think I had a bad wheel speed sensor with brings on the "TracOff", "ABS" and "Service Vehicle Soon" lights.

I haven't gotten the codes read yet so I don't know which wheel is bad. You have to replace the wheel bearing because the sensor is built in. I already took all four electrical connections apart and cleaned them.

how do you change the wheel bearing and how much is it. Does anyone have a part number for this piece?

First you have to determine that the hub is the source of your problem.

You can get a new hub at many of the on-line stores, Ebay, local auto part stores or the dealership. Do some looking around, there's new style, old style, OEM and stuff from across the sea.

You want something that is quality and has the new nut with lower torque specs. If you don't know what I'm talking about, do a search. The subject is covered every couple of weeks. There are also part numbers in the posts. The generic part # is 513137.

I found this install guide in the GAOC Garage. There are many "How To's" in there.

That is exactly what happened to me last week. I brought it into the dealer and they told me it was my wheel bearing. All I can say is thank god for warranties!! Good Luck!
