on my 94 GA GT i have a weird problem. when i turn left the passenger side wheel doesn't turn correct. it turns in a way to where the tire is riding on the sidewall. you can see this happen when you turn the wheels at a stand still too. feels horrible when i make a uturn like my tire is folding over itself. right turns are fine. i was going to get an alignment on weds.....but not sure if that'll fix things as it drives straight. someone also mentioned the ball joint may be bad as well.....can someone possibly help me.

I truly cannot imagine what you are describing.
And I doubt further words would help me visualize it.

1. Make sure your tire pressure is correct. Should be the same pressure in all 4 tires, about 30 psi to 36 psi with a full load.
2. Yeah, go to a shop that does front-end alignment.
* You actually need a 4-wheel 'thrust' alignment.
* Tell them your problem, don't just say you want an alignment.
They are the ones who would do ball joints, anyways.
* With the age of your car, they will prolly tell you that you need every bushing, strut, shock, ball joint and widget replaced.

Good luck,
-Rick

I took my car in to my local alignment shop yesterday. It was majorly out of alignment....they guy that did it was a god!! I'm tellin ya....took the time and got it in spec much better than stock. It drives like a new car....no more bangin around or looseness. Tight, responsive, and it rides wayyyyyyyyy better too.

every bushing, strut, shock, and widget has been replaced already...lol
