i got my lisence plate insert thing, not how should i go about painting it?? and how long to set to dry?? i was thinking sand,prime,sand,prime,sand,paint,paint,clearcoat.

Have you thought of having it professionally painted? Most shops will do it very cheaply for such a small job. Probably for not much more than the paint, primer and clear would cost you.

meh well i already did it just waiting for the last clearcoat to dry then take the car out to the cvarwash, give'r a good scrubbin and try it on. (gonna superglue that bugger on so it doesn't get lifted) :) :D :) :D

I'd give it some time inside to cure before installing it on the car. Last thing you want is fresh rock chips, etc.
