This is a very vague question.
The sub handles 500 W rms, so go with an amp that is around 350-500 watts rms. Probably a decent mono one would be good. As to exactly which one...get the best one you can afford.
For the enclosure, it looks like it can go in a sealed or ported box. A sealed will give you tighter bass, while a ported will give you punchier, but louder bass. Decide as to what you want in your music, and then get a box (or build one) that meets the manufacturers recomended enclosure dimensions for that sub.

^^i'd just like to highlight this part again: "get a box (or build one) that meets the manufacturers recomended enclosure dimensions for that sub." <--- that is the most IMPORTANT part of any audio install... you could have a gazillion watt amp, but it'll still sound like shit if u dont have the right enclosure. Also, if u look on their site, they may have a recommended amp's tab/page thing that can help you out as well

First thing I would have sudjested is getting a better priced and quality sub. Fosgate has uped there price over and over for years now. I really cant say much I overpaid on my fosgate hx2s like 5 years ago. They were good subs. I work at a car audio shop now. So I can get anything for wholesale price. Id sudjest goin with a Hifonics amp at least the Titan series. There clean and powerful. But definatly start with your encloser like the others are saying.
