:welcome: to the GAOC

check out the 2.4L Twin Cam section under engine specific forums, wed love more twinny guys :D

Also, the guys over at http://quad4forums.com know a shit-ton about this engine, if anyone can help you, its them!

For some subtle mods that really bring out the car - tint the tailights, get headlight covers, vinyl over the 4 reflectors on the bumpers, get creative with the interior, there are hundreds of threads here that discuss interiuor painting, and how to do it so it looks good, just use the search button and search for 'interior painting' or 'custom interior' or 'painting interior'.

Uhm, AEM, induction dynamics, and a few other random companies make some good air intakes, whether you want a cold air or warm air system, is up to you -- AEM makes a good WAI system, or induction dynamics makes a great cold air system. Or you could make your own out of mandrel bent aluminum with couplers... Word on the street is that a company is making a complete turbo kit fo the 2.4L, so search for that as well on the forums, i forgot where the thread went...

RSM makes a supercharger, if thats more of what you are into.

However, the first step I suggest, is to get tires. Or if you prefer, rims and tires.

As jay has said many-a-times, tires are the foundation of your suspension setup. they are crucial and can decide whether your car handles like a champ or like a chump.

(for example, hankook ventus sport tires, handle like ass; whereas my kumho ecstas handle quite well)

One more point of interest, in conjunction with junkyards, ebay, and http://www.quad4forums.com; you can easily locate parts from earlier QUAD HO engines that fit fine on the 2.4L with little modification, and do make significant gains (see HO throttle body; HO intake manifold with phenolic spacer; "SECRET CAM SWAP"; and #086 HO cylinder head.)

thats about all I have for ya right now. I hope that helps you.
Good luck!
