I know this is the wrong section, but this is where it all started....
Ok if some of yall dont know.Ii was recently looking for a dvd/head unit to replaced my ****ed up on thats currently in my car right now...
So here comes radgto claiming that he will sell his dvd setup for $500 He even told me that he recieved the money on 10-16 and cashed it on 10-19 and said that he will send the dvd setup the following monday(go to dvd screen in dash to see his dvd setup)... Funny how i paid the Duane 2-3 weeks ago and I havent recieved anything or a pm since 10-23...
He kinda screwed me out of $500 which i could have used for something else....:mad:
I just want everyone 2 know if this guy trys to sell u anything dont attempt to by it........

First off, I informed you of what was going on, I told you it got slightly damaged (cracked) when I was packing it up and that it would take me about 2 weeks to repair it the right way and paint, wet sand, and clear it again.
I do not have all the time in the world to get stuff done and that's why it would take two weeks. I have a government job that requires me to travel a lot so I really only have weekends to get it done.

It's not like you were quick to send the cash, it took you a while even though you posted "sold" and sent me a PM that said the money was already sent that same day and I was understanding about it because I know better than anyone that some people don't have a lot of time to spare.
You said originally that you sent the money on 10-7 (check the thread) you actually sent the money on 10-14 and I got it on 10-19. 12 days to get the check in hand, 5 more days to clear my bank puts it at 10-24... today is 11-3... "2-3 weeks huh?"
I was up front about my time and traveling and promised on 10-24 to mail it out after I had the time to remove it, label everything and pack it up.
I let you play around with the bank transfer stuff you wanted then when you couldn't do that I let you send a check... You dictated how that would happen and I let it slide and was very nice about it all. I told you it wasn't going to be removed from my car until I got paid and the check cleared.

I admit I havent checked my PM's here in a while and any mod can look and tell you I never even read them because I havent been on this site for a little while because of work, family, etc.etc.etc.
The only reason I even knew about you calling me out in this thread is because someone from the other site called me on the phone to tell me.

As it stands right now, it's fixed and painted. It hasnt been wet sanded or cleared yet.
Here's what I can offer you.
I can send your money back tomorrow.
I can send it out as is tomorrow.
I can finish it up and send it out the middle of next week.
or I can do a half assed job finishing it up and send it tomorrow.

You could have sent me an email about this or called me on the phone. I gave you both and my email is listed here also.

If you really think I'd rip you off over something stupid like a freakin stereo set up that is only $500 then grow up.
I'm not a kid and don't do that kind of stuff to people but I guess without emailing me you wouldn't know that.
It's not like you can send a check to someone and they cash it and they can tell you to piss off.. it's fraud and comes with jail time. Again, Do you think I'd risk that for $500??? I don't need cash that bad.

hmmmmm........Ok how else did u expect me to handle this I pm'ed u,emailed u....U just stated that u didnt check ur pm's so obviously u werent sending any out informing me of the crack beause I never knew bout it. If i knew bout the crack i definetly wouldnt have made this thread... So i dont know what ur talking bout for as U informing me of the situation...
For as the $500 im not n the best of finincial situations so its alot of money to me being a working kid in school.

Well I managed to get everything removed and the wiring labled but by the time I was finished it was too late to get it to FedEx so I'll be dropping it off to them on Monday afternoon for shipping.

They said it would take two days to get to you so you should be in business on Wednesday.

I'll PM a tracking number Monday night to you.

If you have any questions on the install once you have everything just let me know and I'll be happy to walk you through anything.

And you're not bugging me at all, you have every right to check on something that you already paid for.
