New B,,, Changing plugs and wires on 00' SE 3.4L

I Just bought a 2000 GA SE2 3.4L w/ 112,000 miles on the clock. I need to change the plugs and wires. I am just curious as to whats the best approach to reach the rear 3 plugs?!?! About how hard is it and how long will it take?? Also, what are good plugs and wires to use on these cars?? Thanks!!

Also, I did a compression check today on the front 3 cyl's. all were about 165-175. Is this about right?? I dont know what it should be?!?!

Not that hard take off the three coil packs and they are pretty easy to get at from there.
