Hazard Button / Annoying Intermittent Clicking

I am experiencing an intermittent 'click' from what I am assuming is a relay in a blue box attached behind the hazard button in a '99 Grand Am. It seems to be sensitive to power levels and the ambient conditions... sometimes it clicks away non-stop, other days it is silent.

The functionality of any lights, and the proper sounding of the turn signal, do not seem to be affected at all as the 'module' behind the hazard button seems to operate properly for these functions.

Am I correct in assuming it is an electrical problem causing the 'blue unit' to click?

Can I rip one off of a similar car from the wrecker's and substitute this part and fix this?

Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

BJORNBOY81, that thread was at the very top cause somebody just bumped it that very day, if u go and read it its about 2 years old and at the very end someone was like "just wanted to bump this in case someone is having the same problem" but anyways, thanx for posting it here cuase i have the same problem.
