Brake Noise

I just did the front brakes. Replaced rotors, pads, and guide pins. And now when I step on the brake it stops fine all the way up to the point of where it is fully stopped. Just when it gets to the point of being fully stopped there is this noise like the rotors are wet, like on a rainy day. So I took the front brakes apart again and I don't see anything that is wrong. Im sorry for such a crappy description of the problem but if anyone has any suggestions I will be glad to give it a shot.

I think you might have a front wheel ABS sensor on it's way out. What you hear is the brakes pulsating like when you're on wet leafs or ice.
