Lately I've noticed that my Grand Am has been acting strange when first started. It starts fine, but once in drive, it tends to stall when driving off, this will last about 10 seconds, then it is fine.

Just replaced the 02 sensor in the past month, and the plugs/wires are roughly 6 months old.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

How old is the air filter. it sounds like something is messing with the air/fuel mixture ratio.

Lots of times the top will look clean, but when you pull it the underside is near black. You should be able to see though it looking at a light.

The air filter is about 6 months old, should be ok, but I do have a new one that I need to put on.

I would agree that something is messing with the air/fuel ratio. Not sure what else I could try... I'm not sure if the TPS sensor may be bad, I will have to check that out, along with the MAF sensor too.
