Hello all! After browsing this board for about a week I've decided it's finally time to make my first post. I just bought me a Black 2001 Grand Am GT about 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love to drive it. I'd been looking for a sporty looking car which fit my small budget and I found it. My past two cars weren't much to look at and rather embarassing to drive. They got me from point A to point B, but I didn't earn many style points with them. First car was a family car that I got stuck with, a '87 Pontiac 6000LE Stationwagon (drove it from '96-'01). My next car was my grandfather's before he passed away, a '85 Chevy S10 Blazer (drove it '01-'05). So you can imagine how great it must feel to finally own a car that turns heads for all the right reasons instead of all the wrong ones.
While my GA looks great as it is, I'd like to do some mods to it. I'll probably start small and add a little at a time. It looks like there is a lot of information on here that can help guide me in making my new love looking absolutely awesome.
