i want to swap out my 2.4L for a new engine with more horse?...goes on to a 5 speed tranny?

nothing...the only thing without extreme modifications is your 2.4. If you want to go with a bigger motor then you will probably have to beef up the tranny, change the computer along with other things to get the motor to fit/work. Unless you have a lot of coin and time, I would stick with the 2.4. You have a lot of aftermarket options with that so I would take that into consideration...
