broken EVAP tube

there is a tube with a little paper thing that says something about an evap tube..well the part that it hooks into has broken off. i have a pic of me holding the part that is no longer attatched. any info? where to get part? exact name of part? how much? any help is much appreciated. BTW, the arrow points to where it broke off at/should be hooked to. i did a search and didnt really find what i needed however it mentioned something about fuel and my gas milage has gone down about 4mpg in the last week and there appears to be super glue from when it broke it the past and was just quick fixed.

Looks like its part of the EGR system...time to head to a GM dealer! :)

Thats a part of the APR line. I had mine break a while back. It sent a code, I got a new one. No problems.

It was explained to me to be a part of the fuel return system, and that when it is broken it can cause fuel pressure loss.
